Hot Cajun Chicken Sandwich


- 60 ml oil
- 10 skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin medallions
- Blackened Cajun Seasoning
- Salad
- 10 x 8 inch floured bap rolls


Heat the oil in a frying pan. Coat the chicken in Schwartz for Chef Cajun Seasoning and fry for 4-5 minutes until cooked throughout.

Serve the hot chicken in the rolls with a little salad and some Mesquite Coleslaw.
