Ginger and Honey Chicken

- 4 x 150 gram skin-on chicken breasts
- 100 ml olive oil
- 4 tbsp runny honey
- 30 ml soy sauce
- 1 tsp Ground Ginger
- 1 tsp Ground Black Pepper


Heat 1/3 of oil in a pan and seal the chicken breasts both side.

Mix the honey, soy sauce, the rest of olive oil, Schwartz Ground Ginger, and Schwartz Black Pepper together.

Brush over the cooked chicken breasts and cook for 15 minutes in a hot over. Serve with an oriental-style salad.
