Cajun Chicken Kebabs


- 10 x 150 gram boneless chicken breasts, cubed
- 750 ml chicken stock
- 50 grams Blackened Cajun Seasoning
- 5 tbsp Greek yoghurt
- 2 tbsp Ground Coriander
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 20 kebab sticks


Place the chicken and stock in a bowl and add 1½ tbsp Schwartz Cajun Seasoning, yoghurt, Schwartz Ground Coriander and olive oil.

Marinate for 2 hours.

Thread the chicken onto 20 kebab sticks. Sprinkle with the Cajun Seasoning and grill for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally.

Serving suggestions: Sweet Potato Mash, Mango and Coriander Mash with a side salad.
