Creamy Cajun Chicken with Spinach

- 50 grams Blackened Cajun Seasoning
- 10 x 150 gram chicken breast
- 30 ml oil
- 250 grams frozen leaf spinach, defrosted
- 1 lt crème fraiche


Sprinkle Schwartz for Chef Blackened Cajun Seasoning over each chicken breast and fry in the oil for 10 minutes, until cooked.

Add the crème fraîche. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Stir in the spinach and heat through.

Serve with Basmati and Wild Rice.
