Chicken with Garlic and Cream

Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1.4 kg boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 tbsp
- 450 grams mushrooms, sliced
- Zest of 2 lemons
- 2 tsp Mustard Whole Grain
- 750 ml double cream
- Sea Salt
- Ground Black Pepper

Method:
Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the chicken for 5-6 minutes until browned.
Add the Schwartz for Chef Chopped Garlic in Oil and mushrooms and fry for 3-4 minutes.
Stir in the lemon zest, Schwartz for Chef Mustard, cream and seasoning.
Bring to the boil and simmer for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve with cooked rice.
