Easy Butter Toffee Sauce


- 112 grams butter
- 100 grams sugar
- 125 ml double cream
- 1/2 tsp


Place butter and sugar in a medium saucepan on a medium heat. Cook and stir until mixture turns a deep amber colour.

Carefully stir in cream and vanilla; mixture will be bubbly. Whisking constantly, cook until sauce thickens and coats back of a spoon.
