Cajun Jacket Wedges


- 5 tbsp Blackened Cajun Seasoning
- 2 kg baking potatoes (cut for chips with skins on)
- oil


Put potato wedges in a pan of cold water and bring to the boil. Once boiled, strain and allow to cool. Place jacket wedges in a roasting dish and sprinkle with Schwartz Blackened Cajun Seasoning and oil. Bake in hot oven for 30 – 40 minutes until golden brown.
