Moroccan spiced Hummus

Number of Portions


- 1x can chick peas
- 1 tsp garlic granules
- 150 grams tahini (sesame seed paste)
- 1x lemon - juiced
- 30 grams Moroccan spice
- 100 ml water
- salt to taste
- 30 grams olive oil


Place all the ingredients except the olive oil and salt into a food processor, blend until smooth and well combined.

Add salt to taste, serve with a drizzle of oil on the top. Serve for sandwiches or a dip for pitta bread.
