Cajun Spiced Salmon


- 6 oz Salmon fillet
- Blackened Cajun Seasoning
- Olive Oil


Roll the salmon in the Schwartz Blackened Cajun Seasoning

Sear on all sides in a very hot pan with a little olive oil

Cook in the oven for a further 10 minutes or until just done

Serve on a bed of roasted tomatoes, steamed bok choy and parsley mashed potato
