Number of Portions


- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 2 tbsp Garlic Puree
- 3 tbsp Paprika
- Saffron
- 550 grams quick cook macaroni
- 2.25 lt fish stock
- 1.5 kg mixed seafood, e.g. prawns, fish, mussels, etc.
- 3 tbsp Parsley
- 2 lemons
- Black Peppercorns
- Sea Salt


Heat the oil in a large wok.
Add the onion and fry for 2 minutes.
Add the Schwartz for Chef Garlic Puree, Spices and macaroni and fry for 2 minutes.
Make a channel down the middle of the pasta and pour in the stock.
Cover with a lid and simmer, without stirring for 40 minutes.
Carefully stir in the remaining ingredients, except for the lemon, and cook for 15 minutes.
Squeeze over the lemon, season;well and serve.
