Garlic Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients:

- 10 large field mushrooms, stalks removed
- 125 grams butter, softened
- 250 grams fresh white breadcrumbs, lightly toasted
- 300 grams Cheddar cheese, grated
- 45 grams
- 2 tsp Parsley

Method:

Place the mushrooms, undersides uppermost, on a baking sheet.

Mix the butter, Schwartz for Chef Parsley,;breadcrumbs, cheese and Schwartz for Chef Chopped Garlic in Oil and spread evenly on the mushrooms.

Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180ºC, 350ºF, Gas Mark 4 for 5-10 minutes or until lightly golden and tender.

Serve with side salad.
