Garlic Courgette Saute

- 1 kg courgettes, sliced
- 4 tsp Parsley
- 30 grams
- 2 tsp Oregano
- Sea Salt to taste
- Black Peppercorns , freshly ground - To taste
- 30 ml olive oil


Heat the oil in a pan. Sweat off the courgettes with the Schwartz Chopped Garlic in Oil and cook for 5-10 minutes until soft. Add Schwartz Parsley, Oregano and Seasonings.
