- 400 grams Emmental cheese


PREPARATION IN ADVANCE: Separate salad leaves, rinse and chop into bowls. METHOD: Heat wok and add some oil. Add bacon and sprinkle on Schwartz for Chef Mesquite Seasoning. Stir fry until browned and crispy. Dress salad leaves with oil and Balsamic Vinegar. top with bacon and shavings of cheese.
