Cajun Pulled Pork and Barbecue Pizza


- 1.5 kg belly pork
- 2 x 10 inches  pizza bases
- 100 grams sliced mixed peppers
- 250 grams red and white onion, sliced
- 100 grams mushrooms, sliced
- 50 grams Fajita Seasoning
- 100 grams tomato paste
- 50 grams Barbecue Sauce
- grated cheese


Pre-heat an oven to 170ºC / Gas Mark 3. Place the belly pork in a large baking tray and slowly cook the pork until all the fat has rendered down and the meat is very tender.

Turn the oven up to 190ºC / Gas Mark 5. ’Pull’ the pork into strips and stir in the Schwartz for Chef Fajita Seasoning.

Mix the tomato paste with the Schwartz for Chef BBQ Sauce and spread over the 2 pizza bases.

Top the pizzas with the vegetables, pork and lastly the cheese. Return the pizzas to the oven and cook for 10-12 minutes.
