Greek Salad with Garlic Pitta


- For the salad:
- 300 grams red onions, thinly sliced
- 20 fresh tomatoes, quartered, stems removed
- 125 grams Noels Stoneless Black Olives in Brine
- 1 tsp Herbes de Provence
- 450 grams Feta cheese, cubed
- 120 ml olive oil
- 4 tbsp DE NIGRIS White Wine Vinegar
- 1 tsp Oregano
- For the bread:
- 50 grams
- 10 pitta breads


Mix together the red onion, tomatoes, Noel’s Black Olives, Schwartz Herbes de Provence and feta cheese.

Make a vinaigrette with the olive oil and DE NIGRIS White Wine Vinegar and Schwartz oregano. Pour over the salad.

Meanwhile, spread the Schwartz Chopped Garlic in Oil over one side of the pitta bread and grill. Slice and serve with the Greek Salad.
