Crispy Cheesy Fish Bake


- 1.4 kg cod or haddock fillets, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1.5 lt white sauce, prepared
- 575 grams Cheddar cheese, grated
- 30 grams
- 1 kg cooked pasta
- 250 grams bread crumbs


Pre-heat the oven to 200ºC, 400ºC, Gas Mark 6.
Place the fish in an ovenproof dish.

Heat the white sauce and add 500g Cheddar cheese and the Schwartz for Chef Mesquite Seasoning.

Add the pasta to the fish, pour over the cheese sauce and mix well.

Top with the remaining cheese and bread crumbs and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes.


Replace half the fish with prawns or add 250g (10oz) spinach.
