Buffalo Prawns with Avocado and Feta Salad

- 50 grams Schwartz Buffalo Wings Seasoning
- 1 kg cooked prawns
- 5 ripe avocados
- 400 grams cherry tomatoes
- 200 grams mixed leaves
- 250 grams feta cheese, diced
- 2 limes, juiced
- 5 tbsp mild olive oil
- Salt and pepper


Mix the prawns with the Schwartz Buffalo Wings Seasoning.

Slice the avocado and cut the cherry tomatoes in half.

Divide the mixed leaves between the plates, top with the avocado, tomatoes, feta and prawns.

Mix the lime juice with the mild olive oil, salt and pepper. Pour the dressing over the salad before serving.
