Blackberry and Apple Smoothie


- 750 grams blackberries
- 750 grams Bramley Apple Sauce
- 500 grams fruit low-fat yogurt (fruits of the forest or raspberry flavour)
- 2 lt skimmed milk, chilled
- 30 sprigs fresh mint, or blackberry leaves to decorate


Reserve three blackberries and put the remainder into a blender or food processor with the Schwartz for Chef Bramley Apple Sauce, yoghurt and milk. Blend or process for 15 - 20 seconds until smooth.

Pour into a glass and decorate with the reserved blackberries and a few blackberry leaves or mint leaves.
