Pork with Chilli and Noodles - School Meal
Ingredients:
- 1.2 kg diced pork
- 1.2 kg tinned chopped tomatoes
- 450 grams chopped onions
- 200 grams diced green peppers
- 200 grams diced red peppers
- 600 ml water
- 1 (sachet)
- 1 kg noodles

Method:
Heat oil in a large pan and fry the onion for 3-4 minutes until soft. Add the mince and fry for 5-6 minutes until browned.
Stir in the Schwartz for Chef Chilli Recipe Mix and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add the green and red peppers.
Bring to the boil and simmer, uncovered for 30-35 minutes until thickened.
Serve with cooked noodles.
Each portion serves 10 senior school children / adults and serves 20 junior school children.
