Chinese Five Spice Pork and Pear Salad

Chinese pork and pear salad


- 3 Romaine Lettuce, washed and shredded
- 3 tbsp oil
- 800 grams pork leg escalope, cut to fine strips
- 2 tbsp Schwartz for Chef Chinese Five Spice
- 4 red onions, fine sliced
- 4 pears, fine sliced and sprinkle with lemon juice


PREPARATION IN ADVANCE: Wash and shred lettuce and place into serving bowls.

METHOD: Heat wok and add oil. Add pork and sprinkle on the Schwartz for Chef Chinese Five Spice Stir fry for 4-5mins until cooked out. Add onions and cook on for 3 mins. Add pears and toss to heat through and serve over the leaves.
