Garlic Pepper Labneh


- 225 grams labneh (shop bought or see recipe below)
- 1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Crushed Chillies
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Granules
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp coriander or mint leaf, finely chopped


Mix labneh with the Black Pepper, Chillies and Garlic Granules in small bowl until well blended.

Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with coriander. Serve with fresh or toasted pita bread.

Let stand in refrigerator for 12 - 18 hours. 4. Spoon drained yogurt into small bowl, discarding any liquid. Add sour cream and continue as directed in recipe.
