Chicken and Mushroom Bake

- 1.4 kg chicken breasts, sliced
- 30 ml oil
- 550 grams mushrooms, sliced
- 1.25 lt white sauce
- 50 grams
- 1 kg cooked pasta
- 200 grams Cheddar cheese, grated


Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the chicken for 5-6 minutes, until browned.

Add the mushrooms and fry for a further 3 minutes. Add the white sauce and Schwartz for Chef Mesquite Seasoning, bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes.

Stir in the cooked pasta, transfer to a heatproof dish and top with the cheese. Grill until golden brown.
