Brazilian Chicken with Spicy Tomato Sauce - School Meal
Ingredients:
- 1.2 kg diced chicken
- 450 grams diced onions
- 800 grams chopped tinned tomatoes
- 1 (sachet)
- 600 ml milk
- 25 ml sunflower oil

Method:
Sweat off onions and chicken in hot oil.
Add tinned tomatoes and milk and bring to the boil.
Add Schwartz for Chef Chilli Recipe Mix and cook for 1 hour.
Serve with rice. Each portion serves 10 senior school children / adults and serves 20 junior school children.
