Antony Worrall Thompson to showcase favourite dishes aboard cruise liner

Passengers setting sail on the MSC Splendida cruise ship next February are set to be impressed by Antony Worrall Thompson, who will be giving on-board demonstrations of some of his most inspirational recipes.

The popular celebrity chef will join the seven-night cruise in Barcelona on February 5th 2012, accompanied by four other top European chefs.

He will showcase some of his best-loved recipes, as well as a selection of unique dishes created especially for the cruise.

Worrall Thompson revealed: "I have always loved messing about in boats, so when MSC Cruises asked me to come on board and cook for some of its guests, it was too good an opportunity to miss.

"I will be demonstrating some of my favourite dishes, plus a couple of surprises that I am preparing specially for the occasion."

One of Worrall Thompson's tasty dishes is a traditional Moroccan lamb tagine, which includes paprika, ground ginger and saffron.
