Serve migas as a tapas dish

Tapas can be a satisfying option for diners

Chefs can experiment with a range of Mediterranean dishes to ensure their regular diners are consistently presented with new choices.

Taking cues from the inspirational recipes of other cultures is highly recommended by McCormick's resident expert Chef Steve and professionals may be given ideas about how to infuse new flavours into more traditional dishes.

However, many people could be visiting from further afield and may struggle to narrow down their choices from a varied menu.

One solution could be to offer tapas, as this can allow clientele to sample a wider range of dishes than they would normally be able to in a single sitting.

In an article for the Guardian, celebrity chef Nigel Slater recommended incorporating migas into this kind of offering.

Preparation involved cutting bread into cubes and frying with culinary herbs such as garlic, before adding chorizo and bacon until the meat becomes crisp, serving with scattered parsley.
