Buttery Cabbage with Caraway Seeds

Ingredients:

- 2 large Savoy cabbages, core removed and shredded
- 30 ml olive oil
- 20 grams Caraway Seed
- 100 grams butter
- 50 ml water

Method:

Heat the oil in a very large pan and fry the Schwartz for Chef Caraway Seeds for 2 minutes.

Add the cabbage and water and stir fry until the cabbage is tender. Add the butter and toss until melted.
