Feta with Thyme

Ingredients:

- 500 grams Feta cheese
- 30 ml Mustard Dijon
- 120 ml olive oil
- 60 ml white wine vinegar
- 15 ml water
- 2 tbsp Thyme
- 2 tsp caster sugar
- For Balsamic and Pomegranate Dressing:
- 30 ml Mustard Dijon
- 120 ml olive oil
- 60 ml balsamic vinegar
- 15 ml water
- 2 tsp caster sugar
- 60 ml pomegranate juice

Method:

Blend the mustard, olive oil, white wine vinegar and sugar together for the vinaigrette. Then add the Thyme and feta and combine with the vinaigrette.

For a balsamic and pomegranate dressing, blend all the dressing ingredients together in a blender.
