Pepperoni, Feta and Black Olives Salad

Ingredients:

- 500 grams pepperoni
- 500 grams feta cheese
- 500 grams Noels Sliced Black Olives in Brine
- 300 grams Bicks Zingy Onion Relish
- Sea Salt
- Cracked Black Pepper

Method:

Dice the pepperoni, feta cheese and place into a bowl.

Add the Noels Black Olives and Bick’s Onion Relish and mix.

Season with Schwartz for Chef Sea Salt and Cracked Black Pepper and serve.
