Roasted Vegetables

Ingredients:

- 1.675 kg (3lbs 10oz) mixed vegetables (courgettes, carrots, red onions, peppers etc.)
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 10 Schwartz Chip Seasoning

Method:

Pre-heat the oven to 220°C, 425°F, Gas Mark 7.

Cut vegetables into 2.5cm (1”) chunks, place into a bowl and coat with oil. Sprinkle over the Chip Seasoning and toss to coat evenly.

Spread vegetables onto large baking tray and cook for 30-35 minutes, or until cooked through.
