Add herbs to a distinctive salad

Salads can be made from any herbs

When preparing new inspirational recipes for a restaurant's starter and side serving options, caterers cannot go far wrong with salads.

These can be assembled from almost any combination of ingredients, but it is important to put something together that will impress your diners and keep them coming back for more.
