Bouquet Garni


Schwartz Bouquet Garni is a blend of marjoram, basil, oregano, thyme and bay leaf, enclosed in a simple sachet for easy removal at the end of cooking.

Uses in the Kitchen
Give extra flavour to rice, pasta and vegetable dishes by adding a sachet to the water whilst cooking. Add to stocks for soups and sauces. Simmer in red wine for lamb casseroles for a deliciously rich sauce. Add a sachet to meat or chicken casseroles and Mediterranean dishes for a fuller flavour.
