Noels Powdered Gelatine

Gelatine is a natural setting agent that is colourless and tasteless and is used to set many sweet and savoury jellies and desserts.

Uses in the Kitchen
Add to stocks, water, milk or fruit juices. Use 1 level tablespoon to set 600ml (1 pint) liquid. Always sprinkle the powder over the liquid. Leave for 10 minutes then heat and stir until completely dissolved. Do not boil. Use as directed in recipes.
