Baked Crusted Salmon Fillet
- 0.5 tsp onion powder
- 0.5 tsp dill weed
- 454 grams salmon fillets
Blend OLD BAY® Seasoning, onion powder and dill weed. Set aside.
Place fillet, skin side down, in greased baking pan; lightly brush surface with vegetable oil. Sprinkle seasoning mixture evenly over fillet. In a preheated 450º F oven, bake until internal temperature is 145F or for 8 to 10 minutes per inch of thickness.
