Spinach Curry

Ingredients:
- 8 tbsp oil
- 560 grams onions, sliced
- 1/2 tsp ground fenugreek
- 2 tbsp Ground Coriander
- 2 tsp Garam Masala
- 2 tsp Ground Turmeric
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- 1 kg frozen spinach, thawed
- 560 grams onions, sliced
- 1/2 tsp ground fenugreek
- 2 tbsp Ground Coriander
- 2 tsp Garam Masala
- 2 tsp Ground Turmeric
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- 1 kg frozen spinach, thawed
Method:
Heat the oil in a frying pan and gently fry the onion for 2-3 minutes. Add the Fenugreek, Schwartz for Chef Coriander, Garam Masala, Turmeric, salt and spinach and mix together. Cover and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
