Spicy Vegetable Stir Fry

- 125 grams butter
- 2 red onions, sliced
- 2 tbsp Garam Masala
- 2 tbsp Ground Ginger
- 8 carrots, cut into matchsticks
- 875 grams white cabbage, shredded
- 2 green peppers, sliced
- 125 grams peanuts
- Sea Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste


Melt the butter in a large frying pan and fry the onion until softened. Add Schwartz for Chef Garam Masala and Ginger and fry for 1 minute.

Add the remaining vegetables, peanuts, salt and pepper and stir fry for 7-8 minutes until the vegetables have softened.

This unusual Indian stir fry is great served with pan fried chicken or lamb chops.
