Spicy Italian Vegetable Pizza


- 2 x 10 inches pizza bases
- 250 grams sliced mixed peppers
- 350 grams red or white onion, sliced
- 100 grams mushrooms, sliced
- 50 grams Arrabbiata Seasoning
- 400 grams Tomato paste
- 500 grams Grated cheese


Pre-heat the oven to 190ºC / Gas Mark 5.

Spread each pizza base with the tomato paste. Evenly distribute the vegetables between the 2 pizzas. Sprinkle each pizza with 18g Schwartz for Chef Arrabbiata Seasoning. Sprinkle over the grated cheese and cook for 10-12 minutes.
