Smokey Cauliflower Cheese Bake

- 1.7 kg cauliflower florets
- 1.5 lt white sauce
- 500 grams Cheddar cheese, grated


Cook the cauliflower until tender, drain and place in an ovenproof dish.

Meanwhile heat the white sauce, add 400g of Cheddar cheese and the Schwartz for Chef Mesquite Seasoning and heat through. Pour over the cauliflower. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and bake in a pre-heated oven at 190°C, 375°F, Gas Mark 5 for 20 minutes until golden.

Hint: Replace half the cauliflower with broccoli for a Cauliflower & Broccoli Cheese Bake.

Broccoli & Pasta Bake
Replace cauliflower with 350g of broccoli and 350g cooked pasta. Add cheese sauce with Mesquite Seasoning as above. Sprinkle over grated cheese and bake as above.
