Rosemary Roasted Potatoes

Rosemary Roasted Potatoes


- 1.7 kg baby potatoes, halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 5 tsp Rosemary


Pre-heat the oven to 220°C, 425°F, Gas Mark 7.

Place the potatoes in a large roasting tray and drizzle over the olive oil. Sprinkle over Schwartz for Chef Rosemary and toss the potatoes until evenly coated. Roast in the oven for 35 minutes, tossing the potatoes in the tray half-way through.
