Mixed Vegetable Stir Fry


- 60 grams butter
- 2 red onions, sliced
- 60 grams unsalted peanuts
- 2 tbsp Garam Masala
- 2 red peppers, sliced
- 2 carrots, cut into matchsticks
- 5 courgettes, sliced
- 5 tbsp Kashmir Mango Chutney
- Sea Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste


Melt the butter in a large frying pan and fry the onions and peanuts for 3-4 minutes. Stir in Schwartz for Chef Garam Masala.

Add the remaining vegetables and fry for a further 4-5 minutes. Add Schwartz for Chef Kashmir Mango Chutney and heat through.

Season to taste. Serve with cooked rice.
