- 1.675 kg (3lbs 10oz) potato or sweet potato, peeled and diced
- 10 tsp Schwartz Chip Seasoning


Cook the potatoes in boiling, unsalted water for 15-20 minutes. Drain.

Add the Chip Seasoning to the drained potatoes, mash until soft and fluffy (add milk or butter if desired).

Great used to top Shepherd’s or cottage pie.
