Garlic and Rosemary Potatoes


- 1 kg potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 50 grams butter
- 1/5 tbsp
- 5 tsp Rosemary
- 1/2 tbsp Premium Chives
- Sea Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste


Parboil the potatoes in salted water until just cooked but still firm. Slice in half.

Heat the oil and butter in a large pan. Add the potatoes and the Schwartz Chopped Garlic in Oil and fry gently until browned evenly.

Add the Schwartz Rosemary and Chives and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
