Cheesy Baked Potatoes

- 10 large baked potatoes
- 750 grams Cheddar cheese, grated
- 200 grams cream cheese
- 25 grams butter
- 2 tbsp Premium Chives
- Sea Salt to taste
- Black Peppercorns freshly ground - to taste


Pre-heat the oven to 200ºC, 400ºF, Gas Mark 6. Bake the potatoes for 1-1½ hours until tender.

Cool slightly before halving. Scoop out the filling and mix with the remaining ingredients. Place filling back into the potato skins and return to the oven for 10-15 minutes.
