- 1/2 tbsp Chopped Chilli in Oil
- 4 onions, sliced
- 1 tbsp Madras Mild Curry Powder
- 2 tbsp Garlic Puree
- 500 grams chick peas, drained weight plus 100 ml liquor
- 400 ml fromage frais
- 5 grams Premium Chives


Heat wok and add 3 tbsp oil, add onions and stir fry for 3 mins.

Add the Chopped Chilli in Oil, Schwartz Mild Madras and Garlic Puree. Add chick peas and stir fry for 1 min.

Add 100 ml liquor and fromage frais. Heat and serve sprinkled with Schwartz Premium Chives.
