Cajun Sweet Potato Mash


- 1.7 kg sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
- 150 grams crème fraiche
- 3 tbsp Blackened Cajun Seasoning


Cook the sweet potato in boiling water, for 20 minutes or until tender. Drain and return to the pan.

Mash with the crème fraiche and Schwartz Cajun Seasoning.
