- 2 large Savoy cabbages, core removed and shredded
- 30 olive oil
- 20 g
- 100 g butter
- 50 water
Procedure
- Heat the oil in a very large pan and fry the Schwartz for Chef Caraway Seeds for 2 minutes.
- Add the cabbage and water and stir fry until the cabbage is tender. Add the butter and toss until melted.
