Turkey Oriental Stir Fry

- 800 grams turkey breast, fine sliced
- 1 tbsp Chinese Five Spice Seasoning
- 1 tbsp Garlic Puree
- 1/2 Chopped Chilli in Oil
- 1 kg Noodles – cooked and refreshed
- 50 ml rice wine or water
- 2 tbsp clear honey


PREPARATION IN ADVANCE: Cook noodles as per instructions.

METHOD: Heat wok and add 3 tbsp oil. Add turkey, Schwartz for Chef Chinese Five Spice , Garlic Puree, Chopped Chilli in Oil, stir fry for 4 mins. Add rice wine or water and honey. Toss in noodles to heat through and serve.
