Turkey Koftas

Number of Portions


- 1.4 kg fresh turkey mince
- 300 grams medium onions, peeled and finely chopped
- 40 grams
- 20 grams Ground Cumin
- 20 grams Ground Coriander
- 60 ml Mint Sauce
- 30 ml olive oil
- Sea Salt to taste
- Black Peppercorns , freshly ground - To taste


Place all the ingredients in a food mixer and process for 3-5 minutes, until the mixture comes together.

Divide the mixture into 20 and press the mixture firmly onto kebab sticks.

Brush with a little olive oil and cook under a pre-heated grill for 8-10 minutes, or until cooked through, turning occasionally.
