Pancetta and Turkey Caesar Salad with Sage and Onion Croutons

- 4 Cos or Romaine lettuce, washed and sliced
- 1 kg cooked turkey breast, sliced
- 1 kg Schwartz for Chef Sage & Onion Stuffing - Cooked according to packet instructions
- 500 grams Pancetta, cubed
- Caesar Dressing


Fry the pancetta cubes until crisp. Leave to cool. Cut the cooked Sage & Onion Stuffing into cubes and deep fry for 2 minutes until crisp and golden. Drain well.

Divide the lettuce, turkey, pancetta and croutons between 10 plates, and dress with a drizzle of Caesar Dressing.
