Smokey Italian Meatballs & Torchietti Pasta

Number of Portions


- 125 grams torchietti Pasta, Boiled and drained
- 1 serving of tomato pasta sauce
- 200 grams Pork Mince
- 2 tbsp Italian Seasoning
- 3 tbsp Smokey Texan seasoning
- 1/2 an Onion, finely chopped and sautéed
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped and sautéed


Place mince in a bowl with Texan seasoning, salt and pepper and the garlic and onion. Using your hands, mix together until thoroughly combined.

Shape into meatballs. You should get 5 out of the mixture at least.

Place your tomato sauce in a saucepan and add the Italian seasoning plus salt and pepper. Heat gently.

Brown off the meatballs in a frying pan with a little bit of oil. Once sealed place the meatballs into the pasta sauce to cook through.


Pour over pasta and serve.
