Smoked Ham Omelette


- 150 grams butter
- 30 eggs beaten
- 500 grams smoked ham
- 100 grams Bicks Zingy Onion Relish
- Sea Salt
- Cracked Black Pepper


Melt 15g of butter in a hot omelette pan. Chop the slices of ham into strips and mix with the Bick’s Onion Relish.

Add the beaten eggs to the ham mixture and season with Schwartz for Chef Salt and Pepper. Ladle a tenth of the egg mixture into the hot omelette pan and mix until it starts to set.

When cooked, fold in half and put onto a plate.
